You cannot get a better location.  This the perfect place to be your home away from home as you experience all that Sarasota has to offer. When you walk in the door, you will find yourself in a cozy living room with brand new couches. Large Kitchen and dining area is perfect for morning breakfast or eating in. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Back bedroom (3rd bedroom) has two Twin over Queen bunk beds.  Outback you will find the patio and fully fenced in. We provide bed linens and towels for your stay and a starter roll for toilet paper and paper towels.
Family rental only - must be over 25. 
Things to expect when staying with us: 
- Starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper
- Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates cups, pans, toaster, coffee maker etc. 
- Bathroom and Bedroom: Pillows, blankets, sheets and towels.
