Tiny House - Sand Dollar

This was a perfect spot to stay for a weekend trip. It is close to everything but if you are driving over to the beach, parking is a problem. This place is off the beaten path and was quiet. The outdoor space was great! Beds were comfy and we would stay there again. Check in process was so easy!!! Thank you!

We loved the sand dollar tiny house. It was perfect for our party of 4. The staff here are amazing and the process really easy.

Absolutely loved my stay! Great location and absolutely immaculately clean! Only downfall was that I took the option of a late check out time which was approximately $50. The site didn't tell me what the new check out time was going to be, but I assumed it would give me a few hours longer. Not even close. It was one hour!!!!! So for a fourth of the cost of one night stay, I was granted one single hour later for checkout. I would never have spent that had I known. Not cool.

Comfortable stay, nice accommodations. Comfortable mattress. Clean bathroom. A folder of things to do in area would be great! (reach out to local businesses to promote them, and vice versa) Screns on a few downstairs windows so windows can be opened for a cross breeze.

This tiny house was the perfect idea of my get away I took my mom and sister. Along with my daughter. We really enjoyed the friendly staff and clean environment. We recommend this to everyone looking for a small getaway!!

Very unique experience! Only wish our outdoor string lights had all of the bulbs in them. Seems it was the only strand on the row with lightbulbs out/missing. But overall it was really good!

We had 3 of us stay in 12 and another 2 stay in 15. It was great being able to walk back and forth to each other's places and be able to sit outside together but have our own spaces. The only thing we missed was a pool nearby and we didn't have a fire pit, otherwise it was perfect!

Very spacious. Linens clean. Quiet and cozy.

Get away with my best friend. We both have little ones so it was so nice to get away and relax and take a break from mom mode after being quarantined with our toddlers!!!

We absolutely loved our tiny stay and we will be back. Only suggestion I have is cleanliness. We would suggest a deep clean to the bathroom. Other than that, the stay was great. We strongly suggests "Turtles" restaurant for waterfront dinner. Thank you!

It was absolutely perfect! I couldn't get in at first with the code I was given. I found Darren working on one of the homes and he helped me right away. He asked to see the verification email which I thought was very professional. The tiny house was so perfect! I live in Sarasota, but will definitely be staycationing there again!

Stay was excellent. It was very clean and cutely decorated. Had our own private little world. Plenty of space. We will be going back.

Very fun to experience a little house! Perfect for my circumstances. Very clean which is a must for me. I would suggest to management to have bath mats for exiting the shower in all the units.

Possibly rekindled an old flame.
