It is a 220-square-foot luxury tiny home, and it offers all of the facilities and conveniences you need for living comfortably The Dragonfly tiny home features a standard-sized bed in the spacious, loft bedroom, as well as a convertible Ikea bed that turns into a couch in the living quarters. You’ll fall in love with the custom, hand-crafted cabinetry and modern decor throughout. The Dragonfly tiny home is designed to help you take advantage of natural light, which is why there’s a plethora of windows to let the sun into every part of the interior. There even a great little bistro set on the deck for morning coffee outside.

We found Dragonfly and the area to be quiet and comfortable for our purposes. The house was clean and contained tools we needed to make several meals. The only “maintenance” we requested was the removal of ash from the grill, which was quickly taken care of; Jeremy also offered up grilling utensils, which we very much appreciated. Another nice thing was that skylights meant we didn't even need to turn on the lights during the day. I highly recommend this house!

Fun experience with my family of 5 in a tiny house. The outdoor grill and table made a great living room in the Colorado night. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to downtown Leadville.
I had a wonderful time staying in the Dragonfly in Leadville and I will definitely be back to try another tiny, though the Dragonfly really suited me well. It was clean and comfortable, the location is great, and the property manager was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!
