Tiny House - Margarita

This is the 4th tiny house I've stayed in and it was the best! My kids and I loved the layout of the Margarita and had such a good time. The only thing I would like to see is a hook close to the sink in the bathroom for the hand towel. Thanks for a great time!

What a fun quick getaway! Tiny homes are so adorable and a great alternative to a hotel room. We had fun hanging outside in our little private patio area. Super close and easy to get to the beach!! Grocery stores and shops all right around where we were! The only complaint would be how warm it was inside the house, even with the air unit on, it never got to a cool comfortable temperature.

We spent 5 days in the Margarita tiny home and enjoyed everything about it. The area is close to the beach, just across a bridge, as well as in proximity of several restaurants. The cute home was perfect and fully stocked with the necessities.The only discomfort was the worn futon used as a couch, it also sat really low too. Other than that it was a great experience. The staff was great and responsive, we really appreciate that. We highly recommend this tiny home.

My daughter and I did a girls trip, when we booked it we thought it's cool and might be small but we'll be ok. This place is not small at all. It was nice and there's a Mexican restaurant right outside your door that has some of the best food. I also asked if I could do a late check out so my parents could see the place and they said no problem. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The house had a great location with a ten minute walk to great bars with live music just over the south bridge for Siesta Key. The beach was another 5 minutes via a public access spot. If you wanted to drive to Turtle Beach or Siesta Key it was not even a ten minute drive if you left the tiny house by 830, remember there is traffic to consider, as always. Less than 5 minutes to great fishing spots where we caught Red Snapper and Snook not only in the bay but also in the creek. Bait shop and tackle place 5 minutes away too! This place is so centrally located for all adventures you want to take it is unbelievable! The price was outstanding and the house was soo very clean and just GREAT! The grocery stores and other stores you need for your stay also are less than 5 minutes. A pleasant shower and a great experience cooking in the tiny house too!! A hidden Gem that me and my family will continue to use when we come back to Sarasota!

Very clean and neat. Staff was excellent. I want to especially thank Jeff for going the extra mile to send back a very special hat that I dropped across the street while getting our taxi. I called him from the airport and he ran right over to get it and sent it back promptly. THANK YOU!!We have already recommended tiny house to friends. Thanks again.

My family of four stayed in the Margarita for three nights (my husband and I, our 10 year old son and 13 year old daughter). This home was spacious enough for us while still feeling the tiny home feels;). So much color and plenty of storage inside! This tiny house was clean and cool. The only down fall was the shower control...the knob is definitely tricky. All in all great experience, we would definitely come stay here again!

I would suggest additional mirror(s) outside of r/r for women! When more than one in the house and trying to get ready for the day ...The shower water only goes to cold or to hot. We are in construction, the shower faucet needs corrections!Toilet paper rolls should be considered as 1 per day.For safety reasons - step aid (handle) may be considered.

Family with 2 small girls. So when we first got there we noticed the absence of trash bags and couldn't figure out the cooling unit. After a quick call the gentleman in charge of maintenance told us where to find the bags and how to operate the remote for air ( slide the front cover down). We found we weren't suited for tiny house living after the first night, and requested a refund. After some negotiation we agreed that when someone else books we would get our money back for the unused nights. Well 1 hour after we left, Meena called me back and informed us that we were getting a full refund immediately for unused nights instead of waiting! Thank you Meena . Meena is the absolute best. Ask for her if you speak to customer care! What a great experience.

The tiny house was cute and quaint just as I hoped for. Overall it was good. I loved the experience and would recommend people try it. The Margarita house is as it shows in the pictures but the pictures definitely boast it more. It needs a fresh paint job as it is pretty worn. In the pictures the patio looks very fun with chairs etc. The patio actually only has a picnic table no chairs outside. The inside is very similar to the photos but the couch is actually a futon- not with a futon mattress but actually some chair cushions with a blanket over it. The rooms are just as they show and the bathroom has ample space to get ready. Some suggestions Id make is the outside has some fun chalk boards- chalk is cheap and people don't travel with it. Place some chalk in the tiny house for people to great thier own photo opportunities. The marketing guy would likely receive alot more photos if people could personalize thier experience. Second they have a cute guest book but I didn't have a pen. I kept meaning to grab one when out and never got to it so didn't get to sign book. Cute idea! Maybe put some pens in desk so people can utilize it. Overall it was great. Loft bed was comfortable. I think adding some touches to make it more homey would be great. Also.let people know there is not ample chairs outside. If your from snow like myself, you want to sit outside- likely not at a picnic table. We were able to grab chairs from another house that wasn't rented but the lounge chairs in pictures would have been preferred. Bonus: there are little lizards everywhere on the fence all day! Very fun to watch! Cute place and concept!

The knob in the shower was not secure and the toilet paper dispenser was wobbly but other than that we had a great vacation.

Wonderful tiny house experience. Clean and cozy, comfortable beds, lovely features. Our family enjoyed the unique experience of living tiny!

It was our first time in a Tiny House, the experience was great. And planning to go back and do it again.

Love it. Had Everything we need. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Minutes from beach! Love the area! Recommend it 100%

I reserved 4 tiny houses for this past weekend ( Margaritaville, Elenor, Red lifeguard and Siesta)Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and cool temperature was a pleasure. Thank you for making 3 separate birthdays a very special weekend!
