Tiny House Duke was named after the Leadville greeter. You will see his friendly face walking about the town. This tiny house was built as a tech school project and has great craftsmanship. The house comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen bed in the loft, twin bed downstairs and 2 futons in the living room area. You will find all the comforts of home including a kitchenette stocked with plates, utensils, coffee maker, induction cooktop, toaster, refrigerator and microwave. We are located in downtown Leadville- walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Your Tiny house adventure awaits. We have WiFi but the connection is iffy and not guaranteed.

SPLENDID STAY IN LEADVILLE BRILLIANT TINY BLUE HOUSE

I had a wonderful stay in Leadville‘s brilliant tiny blue house.Despite its small size, I was surprised at all the amenities that this tiny house provides: comfortable beds, full bathroom with very nice hot water in the shower, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, air conditioning, heating and two flatscreen TVs, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen.The tiny house is very conveniently located and a walking distance from everything in town.

My girlfriend and I spent one night in the Tiny House "Duke" in Leadville, Colorado. Upon arrival, the house looked small from the outside, but when we opened the door... we were both surprised at how much room there was in the Duke. It was an awesome place to stay with more than we needed. The queen bed in the "attic" space was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked if we wanted to cook anything and the heated floor in the bathroom was a great extra. We highly recommend staying in a this Tiny House.

We stayed in the Duke. It was perfect for the 5 of us and we had a wonderful time. Fellow that checked us in was friendly. We did have to buy some hangars as with 5 of us we had to keep coats picked up.We would definitely stay again.
